Refund & Cancellation Policy

At M Motors, we provide high-quality auto repair and maintenance services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services and the immediacy with which we operate, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Services & Parts

  • All services rendered, including the installation of parts approved by the customer, are completed, and delivered on the same day. As such, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the service has begun, or the part has been installed.

Pre-Payment Deposits

  • For specific parts ordered upon customer request, a pre-payment deposit is required. These deposits are released immediately to procure the requested part.
  • Deposits are only eligible for cancellation and a full refund within two (2) business days following the order, provided the specific item is confirmed to be on “back order.”
  • Requests for cancellation and refund of deposits after this period will not be accommodated.

Lifestyle Merchandise

  • A full refund will be issued for any lifestyle merchandise purchased from M Motors, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition within one (1) working day from the purchase date, along with a copy of the receipt.

Return Policy

Parts Sales

  • All parts sales are final upon purchase. No returns are possible once the part has been delivered or installed. This policy ensures the integrity and tracking of parts supplied to our customers.
